Orbis Bloodstock is the latest client to deploy Prism as its racing management platform and the first to manage a range of horses in different racing jurisdictions.
Orbis Bloodstock takes its name from the latin word for "whole world" and with operations panning across Hong Kong, Europe and now Australia, it's a fitting name indeed.
"The whole idea behind Orbis Bloodstock coming on board with Prism was too implement a management system for myself and the other directors to know where any of our bloodstock is at any point of their career/preparation," said Justin Bahen, Director of Orbis Bloodstock. "Bloodstock Information we need only a fingertip away, especially with bloodstock in both hemispheres. Quite simply, it has all that we need and more at Orbis Bloodstock for a horse management platform, making my life a lot less stressful."

We're pleased to announce the release of the new Prism Syndicator Portal. Tailor-made for syndicates, it combines Prism's already comprehensive suite of communications and management features with new tools aimed at addressing the specific needs of syndicators.
"The new Prism Syndicator portal is the only platform in the industry that addresses the specific needs of Syndicators," said Allan Bennetto, Managing Director of Prism. "It was developed in conjunction with several leading Syndicators and manages the sensitivity of the Owner/Syndicator/Trainer/Horse relationship, allowing Syndicators to keep them updated on all facets of the horse's performance, whether it be their own media updates or the pass through of Trainer updates, all under the Syndicators own brand and identity. This system not only helps enhance the ownership experience, but saves time and money on the Syndicator side as well."
The Prism Syndicator Portal adds new features to Prism's already powerful suite such as the ability for syndicators to add their own updates as well as one-click forwarding of updates from trainers to their respective owners. It also utilizes more robust user management allowing syndicators to handle large numbers of owners at a time with ease.

We're pleased to announce that Ballina-based trainer Ethan Ensby is now using the Prism platform to manage his stable operations and has just deployed his new Prism website.
Ethan grew up around horses. His mother's job as a Racing NSW swabbing steward exposed Ethan to the world of racing at an early age. Originally working as a jockey, Ethan has had extensive hands-on experience which he continues to apply to his training routines today.
"After being stuffed around with my previous provider, we stumbled across Prism, asked for some info, saw we would be getting more stuff for the same price so joined up. The communications are lengths ahead of any competitors and the work diary tools are easy to use for those of us who are challenged when it comes to technology" Ethan said. He added: "Love being able to use it on the go, meaning we can log in work and procedures as we go and we call look it up anywhere, anytime. The enhancements they have made in a short time goes to show where they are heading and how they will revolutionise the communication and technology side of training!"
Ethan is definitely one of the up and coming trainers in Australia today. Having learned his craft from renowned trainers such as Stephen Lee, whom he considers a mentor, Peter and Diane Stanley as well as Tom Pratt, Ethan brings in a level of experience and intuition well ahead of his years that is only matched by the passion and energy his youth delivers.
